package

BGA package and Flash Fast Passive Parallel (FPP) configuration

■ 1-Gbit (Gb) serial flash

■ FPGA Configuration Circuitry

■ MAX V CPLD (5M2210ZF256C4N) and FPP configuration.

■ On-Board USB-Blaster
