get_read_addr_ready()
This blocking AXI4 procedure returns the value of the read address channel ARREADY signal
using the ready argument. It will block for one ACLK period.
AXI3 BFM
Note
The get_read_addr_ready() procedure is not available in the AXI3 BFM.

ready The value of the ARREADY signal.
